I'm a certified coach: I earned my qualification at Coach Akadémia, on a programme accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and I work according to the ICF Code of Ethics. I'm currently working towards the ICF ACC credential.
Before I became a coach, I burned out at one point. I found myself asking: is this really it? Is this the career ladder, the world of work? Behind the disappointment was an important realisation: this isn't enough for me, and in this form I can't find myself in it. I knew that instead of companies, I wanted to help people, directly. That's how coaching became my profession: today I work as a full-time coach, and what I'm genuinely interested in is what happens to people behind the decisions, the changes and the performance.
As for my studies and professional path, I'm a qualified economist: I did my bachelor's degree with a specialisation in management psychology, and my master's in business development. After that, I spent more than seven years working in digital transformation and service design, in large organisations. What I took with me: even situations that seem complicated can be turned into something clear that works.
As a coach, I don't tell you what to do. I ask, I help you sort things out, and I help you separate what you really want from what's expected of you. I won't tell you where to go. I'll help you hear where you would go.
