Privacy policy

Effective from 30 September 2026

This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any difference, the Hungarian version (Adatkezelési tájékoztató) prevails.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Fruzsina Tiszai (provider of the coaching service shown on this website as “Fruzsina Tiszai coaching”), contact: fruzsitiszai@gmail.com.

I currently provide the service as a private individual; if I register as a sole trader, I will add the registration and tax numbers here. You can reach me directly at the email address above with any questions or requests about your data.

2. What data I process and why

You can apply for the free consultation in two ways: by booking a time in my Calendly calendar, or by sending a message through the form on this website. There is no newsletter. For website visits I only keep anonymous, aggregated statistics from which no one can be identified (see section 6). I receive personal data in the following cases:

3. What I don't do

I use your data only to handle your application, for our coaching relationship, and for communication directly related to it. You are not subscribed to any newsletter, not added to a marketing list, and you won't receive promotional messages just because you applied or sent an email. I don't sell your data to third parties or pass it on for marketing. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

The “Which chair are you sitting in?” picker works only in your browser: whatever you select there is not stored or sent anywhere, unless you choose it yourself as your area of interest on the form.

4. Data processors (external service providers)

Processors
ProviderActivityLocation
Netlify, Inc.Hosting and serving the website; receiving, storing and forwarding to me by email the data submitted through the application form. The provider may also process technical logs needed to run its servers.USA (under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework)
Calendly, LLCRunning the booking calendar, sending confirmations and remindersUSA (under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework)
Google (Gmail)Email communication, receiving form notificationsUSA (under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework)
Umami Software, Inc. (Umami Cloud)Anonymous, cookieless visitor statisticsUSA

The providers' own data processing terms apply, which ensure GDPR-compliant handling of the data.

5. Transfers to third countries

Netlify, Inc., Calendly, LLC and Google operate in the United States. In all three cases the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. More: netlify.com/privacy (opens in a new tab) · calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice (opens in a new tab).

6. Cookies and tracking

This website uses no analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) or advertising/marketing cookies, and does not track visitors for any external ad network. Fonts are also loaded from my own hosting, not from a third party.

To measure visits, I use Umami, a privacy-friendly statistics service. Umami uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It only records anonymous, aggregated data: which page was viewed, where the visitor came from (e.g. Instagram or Google), what device and browser, which country, which menu item was clicked, and whether the booking button was clicked, the calendar opened or the form sent. It does not store your IP address, and you cannot be identified from the data. The legal basis is my legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): to see what works on the website and what to improve. More: umami.is/privacy (opens in a new tab).

My own storage is a single non-cookie flag in your browser that remembers what you chose in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the page.

The booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which may use its own cookies when it loads. That's why the calendar only loads if you choose “Accept” in the cookie notice, or open it yourself with the “Open the calendar” button. Calendly's own privacy terms apply to those cookies.

I only use storage the site needs to work, and I measure visits anonymously, without cookies. The booking calendar (Calendly) uses its own cookies, so it only loads if you accept, or if you open it yourself. Details
